Job description

We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Consultant with 7+ years of experience supporting and enhancing enterprise PeopleSoft environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive application enhancements, support business-critical operations, and lead complex integrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience supporting, developing, and enhancing PeopleSoft applications in large enterprise environments.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in one or more PeopleSoft modules, including PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Extensive experience developing and customizing PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and PeopleTools.
• Proven ability to lead complex system enhancements, production support activities, and large-scale PeopleSoft upgrade initiatives.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and performance issues in a mission-critical environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and executive leadership.
• Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership across cross-functional project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading PeopleSoft modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Oracle database administration, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft with third-party, cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience working within highly regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
