Job summary

OSC Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer III to design, develop, and support PeopleSoft HCM solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement system improvements, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities include enhancing exchanges with external systems, performing testing and deployments, and creating technical documentation to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable PeopleSoft capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years developing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Must have Real ID compliant identification at hire time.
• Must be able to obtain DoE access badge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM customizations and integrations.
• Support modules such as Workforce Administration, Position Management, Benefits, Payroll Interface, Time & Labor.
• Develop PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Integration Broker components.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions following standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Build integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems using REST, SOAP, and file interfaces.
• Collaborate with analysts, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.
• Participate in testing, reviews, deployments, and documentation.
