Zusammenfassung

OSC Global is seeking a Software Engineer III for PeopleSoft HCM to design, develop, and support the organization’s PeopleSoft applications. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions across HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce administration.

You will mentor teammates, participate in upgrades, testing, and deployments, and help optimize performance while ensuring secure, reliable systems aligned with standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in developing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Experience implementing integration of PeopleSoft with external systems using REST or SOAP web services.
• Strong background with Oracle databases, SQL optimization, and PeopleTools development.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain customizations, enhancements, and integrations in the PeopleSoft HCM environment.
• Support Workforce Administration, Position Management, Benefits, Payroll Interface, Time & Labor modules.
