Job summary

Tribe is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to own the operational HR function, using Rippling as the system of record and building the integrations and automations that scale as we grow. You’ll manage benefits, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle, partnering across teams to deliver a smooth, data-driven experience.

You’ll implement and optimize automation, own reporting, and drive policy creation while supporting multi-state and international compliance and work authorization

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR operations experience.
• Hands-on expertise implementing Rippling.
• Proven ability to build automation and integrations.
• Benefits administration across models (PEO, EOR, in-house).
• Experience with multi-state and international compliance and work authorization.
• Strategic, systems-thinking, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Own Rippling as source of truth and related integrations.
• Audit and optimize HR tech setup and processes.
• Build and own the people data reporting function.
• Own offer generation and onboarding processes.
• Own offboarding, leaves, and time-off administration.
• Keep people data accurate and flowing to cross-functional partners.
• Lead benefits administration end-to-end and manage compliance.
• Oversee immigration/work authorization with outside counsel.
• Create and manage HR policies.
• Be the first stop for HR questions and partner with teams.
