Rippling is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Engineering team within R&D. You’ll translate business priorities into people strategies and lead initiatives that drive organizational health and leadership effectiveness.

You’ll partner with engineers and cross-functional teams to implement performance management, talent reviews, and compensation cycles, using data and AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of HRBP experience.
• Broad HR expertise across performance, ER, design, talent dev, and compensation.
• Experience building people programs and operating rhythms.
• Strong business acumen linking engineering priorities to HR solutions.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Engineering leadership to translate priorities into people actions.
• Advise on organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and manager capability.
• Coach managers on HR matters including performance and ER issues.
• Drive HR work streams from diagnosis to execution with recommendations.
• Lead core programs for Engineering: PM, talent reviews, engagement, compensation.
• Leverage Rippling, data and AI tools to improve processes and insights.
