Job summary

Rippling, Inc. seeks a hands-on People & Operations Manager to lead our people function, build scalable systems, and own the talent pipeline for growth. You will recruit aggressively, coach managers, improve processes, and analyze workforce trends while owning hiring, onboarding, development, and retention.

You will partner with ownership and leadership to shape how we hire, onboard, and manage a multi-location workforce, with a focus on building repeatable pipelines and strong HR operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, or related experience.
• Hands-on HR leader with strong recruiting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Rippling or ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting a multi-location workforce preferred.
• Strong employee-relations and workplace-investigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of technicians, managers, and staff.
• Proactively source candidates and manage postings, screening, and interviews.
• Develop relationships with schools and platforms to improve pipelines.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, benefits enrollment, and training.
• Maintain HR records, audits, and compliance with policies.
