Job summary

Ren is seeking a Senior People Platform & Enablement Manager to own the systems behind the employee and manager experience, including ATS, HRIS, engagement, learning, and performance platforms.

You will automate workflows, integrate platforms with Ren's tools, and apply AI to reduce friction for employees, managers, and the People team. This role is individual contributor, focusing on configuration, integrations, and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR systems or People technology, owning HRIS/ATS.
• Automation of HR workflows with measurable results.
• Experience using AI tools to automate work while managing data risk.
• Understand APIs, data models, provisioning and data flows.
• Ability to influence across the business without direct authority.
• Product mindset: discovery, roadmap, adoption and impact measurement.
• Vendor/consultant management from scoping to contract negotiation.
• Strong project management across multi-vendor initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer all People platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance tools).
• Lead vendor evaluation, selection, contracts, and manage implementations.
• Automate processes and integrate systems via APIs or middleware.
• Lead AI adoption across People systems and workflows.
• Own People tech roadmap; drive rollout and adoption across the organization.
• Partner with People stakeholders to drive system-wide changes and governance.
• Build dashboards on platform health and people metrics to inform leaders.
