Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a Principal HR Technology & AI Enablement Partner to lead AI adoption and digital transformation across Global HR.

This role focuses on identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve employee experience, and boost productivity through Generative AI, automation, analytics, and modern HR technologies. Key responsibilities include developing the HR AI roadmap, driving adoption, and partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR AI/digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across HR, IT and business units.
• Self-starter with ownership and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR.
• Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, and employee services.
• Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
• Lead AI pilots, proofs of concept (PoCs), and scaling of successful solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.
• Establish AI governance, best practices, and workforce upskilling programs.
• Measure business impact through analytics, productivity metrics, and ROI tracking.
