Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking an HR AI & Digital Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption, automation, and process innovation across the Global HR function. You will champion generative AI, analytics, and modern HR technologies to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities include roadmap execution, identifying high-impact AI use cases, leading pilots, and partnering with HR/IT leaders.

Qualifications

Experience in HR transformation, technology, operations excellence, or management consulting with HR project exposure.
Ability to lead AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience redesigning HR processes and implementing HR tech platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR processes.
Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, employee services, and operational processes.
Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
Lead AI pilots, PoCs, and scaling of solutions.
Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.
Establish AI governance and upskilling programs.
Measure business impact through analytics and ROI tracking.
