Job summary

Renesas is seeking a Principal HR Technology & AI Enablement Leader to drive the adoption of Generative AI, automation, analytics, and modern HR technologies across the Global HR function. The role serves as the AI champion, identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve employee experience, and increase productivity.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to redesign processes, lead AI pilots, and establish governance and upskilling programs.
