Ren is seeking a Senior People Platform & Enablement Manager to own the systems behind the employee and manager experience, including ATS and HRIS. You will automate workflows, integrate platforms with Ren's tools, and apply AI to reduce friction for employees and managers.

This individual contributor role focuses on configuration, integrations, and working with vendors and internal partners to deliver measurable impact across people processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR systems, People technology, or People operations with primary ownership of HRIS/ATS.
• Experience configuring and optimizing multiple platforms and integrations.
• Ability to implement AI features while managing data risk and governance.

Responsabilités

• Own and administer all People platforms, including configuration, data integrity, upgrades and vendor support.
• Lead automation, API integrations, and cross-tool workflows to reduce manual work.
• Drive AI enablement across People systems and pilot new features.
• Own the People tech roadmap and manage vendor partners and implementations.
• Build dashboards on adoption, data quality, and business outcomes.
