Job summary

Ren is seeking a Senior People Platform & Enablement Manager to own the systems behind the employee and manager experience, including ATS, HRIS, and learning, development, and performance tools. The role is remote and focused on aligning vendors, automating workflows, and using AI to remove friction for staff and managers.

You’ll bring a product mindset—driving discovery, prioritizing a roadmap, and measuring impact—while guiding vendor-built systems to delivers what people need.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR systems or People technology, owning HRIS/ATS.
• Experience automating HR workflows and integrating systems.
• Applied AI experience with safeguards for data.
• Strong API, data model, provisioning knowledge.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Product discovery, roadmap, and adoption measurement experience.
• Vendor and partner management from scoping to contracts.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-directed with cross-location collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer all People platforms, including configuration and vendor contracts.
• Automate workflows and integrate systems via APIs or middleware.
• Lead AI adoption and set data guardrails with IT and Legal.
• Own the People tech roadmap; run discovery and prioritization.
• Drive adoption through training and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Build dashboards on platform health and people metrics.
