Job summary

Harness is seeking a Principal People Business Partner to serve as the senior advisor to Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Legal leadership, shaping how our teams are structured and led as we scale in a high-growth global tech environment.

This role drives People programs from start to finish, handles the most complex employee relations matters, and partners with Legal to manage risk while aligning overall People strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of People Business Partner or HRBP experience, including advising C-Suite level executives, ideally in a global organization.
• Experience in tech, SaaS or other high-growth environments.
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to executive leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, succession and org design.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: advise senior executives on talent strategy and org effectiveness across functions.
• Lead org design conversations with senior leaders and scale teams for growth.
• Represent the People function in leadership meetings and align decisions with People strategy.
