Job summary

Outreach, a leading agentic AI platform for revenue teams, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the People Business Partner team. You will advise senior leaders across Product, Design, Engineering, Security, and Support, while leading two Senior People Business Partners in Prague and Hyderabad.

This role blends strategic HR leadership with hands-on people management in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including as an HR Business Partner or People Business Partner for technical teams
• 2+ years directly managing HR/People professionals, ideally across distributed teams
• Experience partnering with senior/executive leaders in a fast-growth SaaS environment
• Experience in scaling tech companies with evolving structure and process
• Experience developing HR programs (Performance Management, Engagement surveys)
• Extensive experience managing employee relations issues and investigations under state/federal laws
• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution using data-driven insights

Responsibilities

• Consult and advise key leaders; translate business needs into HR programs and strategy
• Manage complex employee relations cases; conduct investigations and document outcomes
• Coach and develop managers to improve team performance and inclusivity
• Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisitions, and Compensation teams on programs
• Provide data-driven insights on org health, attrition, engagement, and effectiveness
• Collaborate with Finance and Recruiting to plan backfills and new roles
• Lead cross-regional HR initiatives; guide two Senior People Business Partners in Prague and Hyderabad
• Set priorities and build capability to operate as autonomous HR partners
• Maintain global HR practices with thoughtful localization where needed
• Drive organizational change and process improvements during growth periods
