Harness is seeking a Principal People Business Partner (PBP) to serve as the senior People advisor to Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Legal leadership, shaping how our teams are structured, developed and led as we scale in a high-growth global tech environment.

This role drives People programs from start to finish, leads complex employee relations matters, and shapes how AI and automation scale our People programs. You will work with the Global PBP team to share methodology and tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of People Business Partner or HRBP experience, advising C-Suite executives
• Experience in tech, SaaS or other high-growth environments
• Proven track record as trusted advisor on talent strategy, workforce planning, succession and org design
• Deep expertise in org design, change management, performance management, leadership development and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of federal and local employment law with independent judgment

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with C-Level executives on talent strategy, workforce planning, succession and org effectiveness
• Lead org design conversations with senior leaders to scale teams
• Represent People function in leadership meetings and set direction for AI-enabled People programs
• Partner with data to tell stories, surface risks and recommend high-impact solutions
• Lead complex employee relations matters with Legal to manage risk
• Drive talent planning, performance cycles, and compensation planning across client groups
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&D and People Operations to apply global programs locally
