Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 8 years as a People Business Partner or generalist with employee-facing responsibilities.
• Experience supporting a Technology organization; financial services experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders in a high-performing environment.
• Ability to move between strategic advisory work and tactical execution.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of the business, operating environment, and people.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills; able to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise senior Technology leaders on people matters, including development, performance, succession, and retention.
• Understand the Technology organization, its operating model, talent needs, and priorities.
• Lead HR programs across coverage areas: performance management, talent reviews, succession, compensation advisory, year-end, and employee relations.
• Partner with business leaders to assess needs, identify capability gaps, and plan to strengthen manager effectiveness and team performance.
• Provide informed recommendations applying HR expertise and business context.
• Collaborate with Legal and stakeholders on employee relations, investigations, and terminations.
• Work with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated people solutions.
• Use data, AI, and tools to improve efficiency and create practical solutions with a human-centered approach.
