You will advise leadership on talent management, rewards, culture, and organizational design to drive performance and retention. You will own the full employee lifecycle for performance, development, and advancement, partnering with managers to implement strategies that improve engagement and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRBP experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• High level of IQ and EQ.
• Hands-on operational experience facilitating people programs and HR policies.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive key People functions for client groups, including manager enablement and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance on rewards, engagement, culture, and organizational design.
• Own the full employee lifecycle for performance, development, and advancement.
• Lead change management, analytics, and employee relations initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
