Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to act as the people strategist for some of the most technically demanding teams.

You will partner directly with Senior Leadership, own the people strategy, and drive outcomes through planning, decisions, and data-driven insights. You will lead with high agency, owning the agenda for your client groups, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align talent with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR business partner experience, with direct C-suite/SVP exposure.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Strong business acumen and ability to discuss business with executives.
• Strong judgment for fast/slow decision-making in ambiguous situations.
• High agency and ownership with end-to-end accountability.
• Track record of influencing executive decisions with data and a clear POV.
• Fluency with data: analyzing headcount, attrition, performance.
• Experience with talent processes (calibration, compensation, promotion) and complex employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Be the business and people strategist for your leaders; translate business goals into talent decisions.
• Lead organizational change: reorganizations, leadership transitions, and shifting priorities with plan and execution.
• Increase talent density: calibrations, promotions, coaching, and performance management.
• Shape company-wide People programs: compensation cycles, performance processes, and succession planning.
• Raise the bar for the PBP team: handle complex client groups and improve team operations.
