Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to coach senior Technology leaders on people matters, influencing strategy and shaping organizational capability in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

You will lead HR programs, partner with leaders on capability gaps, and deliver practical, data-informed guidance across performance, talent, and employee relations in a highly regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with strong academic record.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 8 years as a People Business Partner or generalist with employee-facing responsibilities.
• Experience supporting a Technology organization; financial services experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a high-performing environment.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise senior Technology leaders on people matters including effectiveness and development.
• Understand the Technology organization, operating model, needs and priorities.
• Lead core HR programs across coverage areas: performance, talent reviews, succession, compensation, year-end processes, employee relations.
• Partner with business leaders to assess needs, identify capability gaps and plan to strengthen manager effectiveness.
• Provide practical HR recommendations combining business context with judgment.
• Collaborate with Legal and other stakeholders on employee relations and exit processes.
• Work with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated people solutions.
• Leverage data, AI and tools to improve efficiency while maintaining a human-centered approach.
