Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR business partner experience, with direct C-suite collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in HR or related field.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate goals into talent decisions.
• Experience leading organizational design and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Be the people strategist for senior leaders; translate business goals into talent actions.
• Lead reorganizations, leadership transitions, and succession planning.
• Coach managers to raise team performance with judicious handling of ER issues.
• Shape company-wide talent programs and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Influence executive decisions with data and clear point of view.
