Job summary

Abridge is seeking a Senior People Programs Manager to own and scale employee lifecycle programs, from onboarding to offboarding, performance, and engagement. You’ll design, execute, and measure programs at scale, partnering with HRBPs, People Ops, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure clear ownership and impact.

Ideal candidates will translate ambiguous needs into structured plans, use data to gauge program health, and drive adoption through training and enablement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in people programs with direct ownership of a full-lifecycle program (onboarding, offboarding, performance, or engagement).
• Experience scaling people programs through high-growth stages (100 to 1000+ employees).
• Proven track record owning a program end-to-end and iterating cycle over cycle.
