Job summary

Prosper is seeking a Program Manager, People Programs to design, launch, and scale initiatives that strengthen our culture and drive retention. You will own onboarding, performance management, engagement, and talent development across the employee lifecycle, partnering with HRBPs and leaders to translate needs into scalable programs.

You will develop manager workshops, learning tracks, and career-path resources while establishing clear success metrics like participation and eNPS.

Qualifications

5+ years in HR, People Operations, or Employee Program Management with 2+ years in engagement or talent development.
Bachelor’s degree required; strong collaboration with HRBPs and leadership.
Experience designing and scaling onboarding, performance cycles, and manager enablement.

Responsibilities
