Job summary

Abridge is seeking a Senior People Programs Manager to own and scale programs across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. You will partner with HRBPs, People Ops, Finance, Legal and IT to build structured programs with clear ownership and metrics.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, scalability for a high-growth company, and leadership in training and enablement for employees and managers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in people programs with direct ownership of at least one full-lifecycle program (onboarding/offboarding, performance, or engagement).
• Experience scaling people programs through high-growth (100 to 1000+ employees).
• Track record of end-to-end program ownership and iterative improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale programs across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Translate ambiguous needs into structured programs with clear phases, owners, success criteria and timelines.
• Partner with HRBPs, People Ops, Finance, Legal, and IT to define ownership and program boundaries.
• Manage multiple programs in parallel.
• Drive adoption and enablement; lead training for employees when appropriate.
• Define leading and lagging indicators to evaluate program health and guide iteration.
