Job summary

Justworks seeks a Senior AI Enablement Engineer, People, to own AI-powered workflows within the People function. You will ship production AI systems, design scalable pipelines, and collaborate with data and engineering partners to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

You will balance technical execution with responsible AI, ensuring data privacy, reliability, and user-focused outcomes while supporting the organization’s growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional, hands-on builder/software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI tooling in production.
• Strong working knowledge of data privacy standards and access controls.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scoped technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical execution of the People team's AI transformation roadmap, architecting and maintaining intelligent solutions.
• Build agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and system integrations for scalable AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure robust data models and secure pipelines.
