Job summary

Appcast, part of the Stepstone group, seeks a Senior People Partner to shape a high-performing workforce and align people strategies with business objectives. You will partner with senior leaders on talent development, engagement, performance management, organizational design, and key people decisions.

In this role, you will empower managers, guide change initiatives, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the People Partner team while supporting inclusive growth and workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 8-10 years in People Partnering or related roles is required.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Guide leaders through organizational shifts, restructurings, and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on performance, succession, and development planning.
• Lead talent reviews, calibration, and career progression frameworks.
• Address complex employee relations matters and advise on PIPs.
• Drive engagement by analyzing feedback and implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
