Job summary

Superhuman Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Partner embedded across Engineering, Product, Design and Marketing to drive org health, talent strategy, and people programs that move the business forward.

You will partner with the C-suite, coach at all levels, and own talent reviews, calibrations, and performance management end-to-end as we scale multiple business units in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people partner experience in scaling companies.
• Ability to build high-trust relationships quickly across org levels.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Design and/or Marketing orgs is preferred.
• Strong judgment in navigating complex, sensitive employee situations.
• Experience partnering with Finance and Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite executives to drive execution and people strategy for their orgs.
• Build deep business understanding and coach across levels from IC to exec.
• Lead talent strategy, calibrations, leveling and end-to-end performance management.
• Collaborate with People teams (L&D, Compensation, Ops, Recruiting) to implement programs.
• Translate business priorities into team structures and headcount plans.
