Job summary

Appcast seeks a Senior People Partner in Denver to drive an engaged, high‑performing workforce and align people strategies with business goals. You will collaborate with senior leaders on talent development, employee engagement, performance management, organizational design and key people decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Master’s degree and/or HR certification is a plus.
  • 8–10 years of experience in People Partnering, Organizational or Leadership Development, and/or People Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leadership to align talent strategies with overarching business strategy and organizational success.
  • Guide leaders through rapid organizational shifts, team realignments, and product pivots without disrupting operational momentum.
  • Coach leaders on effective team management, performance delivery, and succession planning.
  • Guide business leaders through restructuring, scaling, workforce planning, and change initiatives to ensure minimal disruption and maximum operational effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and support to help managers create succession plans for top talent, and development plans for their teams that support employees’ career path and are aligned to Company goals to drive organizational performance.
  • Partner with managers to identify talent needs, skills gap analysis and implement effective recruitment strategies that are deployed through recruiters to attract top talent.
  • Lead quarterly/annual performance reviews, talent calibration, and career progression frameworks. Identify high-potential talent and build development pathways.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, conduct objective workplace investigations, and advise managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing employee and survey feedback and partner with leaders to implement action plans to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive engagement and efficiency across the People Partner team by sharing best practices and improving how work gets done.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver results

Job Description

The Senior People Partner plays a critical role in ensuring an engaged and high performing workforce, driving the overall employee experience, supporting organizational growth, and aligning people strategies with business objectives. The Senior People Partner will collaborate with senior leaders to provide insightful guidance on all people-related matters, including talent development, employee engagement, performance management, organizational design and structure, key people decisions and more.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Master’s degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
  • And, 8-10 years’ experience in People Partnering, Organizational or Leadership Development, and/or People Operations or similar is required.
Travel Requirements
  • Occasional travel might be required.

Supervisory Responsibilities
