Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience with business partnership focus and employee relations.
• Experience supporting US and Canada; knowledge of Canadian employment practices preferred.
• HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP, CHRL) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, developing understanding of their organization, priorities, talent, and challenges and translating needs into practical people solutions.
• Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness, including team structures and reporting relationships.
• Support leaders in evaluating talent and organizational decisions, considering business objectives, cost, risk, and long-term effectiveness.
• Lead people-related planning and execution for organizational changes, ensuring decisions are communicated and documented.
• Coach leaders through performance-management matters, establishing clear expectations and providing feedback.
