Job summary

Appcast is seeking a Senior People Partner to drive employee experience and align people strategies with business objectives. The role will collaborate with senior leaders to guide talent development, engagement, performance management, organizational design and key people decisions.

This role will empower managers and employees to thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment while fostering a culture of high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree and/or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus
• 8–10 years’ experience in People Partnering, Organizational/Leadership Development, and/or People Operations or similar

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with leadership to align talent strategies with overarching business strategy and organizational success.
• Coach leaders on effective team management, performance delivery, and succession planning.
• Lead performance reviews, talent calibration, and career progression frameworks.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and advise managers on performance improvement plans.
