Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and drive large-scale organizational transformation. You will shape talent strategies, design workforce structures, and elevate a high-performance culture across the enterprise.

You will coach executives, lead talent reviews and succession planning, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions. Hybrid or remote work is available with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive strategic HR experience.
• 5+ years in a People Business Partner or Senior HRBP role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive transformation.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and align people strategy with business goals.
• Lead organizational design efforts, workforce planning, and culture advancement.
• Coach leaders through change, succession planning, and talent development.
• Provide data-driven counsel and partner with analytics teams on indicators.
