Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 8–10 years’ experience in People Partnering or related HR roles is required.
• Master’s degree and/or HR certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build relationships and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Coach leaders on performance, succession planning, and team management.
• Lead quarterly/annual performance reviews, talent calibration, and career progression frameworks.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Drive engagement and organizational design initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
