Qualifications

• Director-equivalent business partner experience or Head of People experience at a smaller company.
• Experience in startup, scale-up, or rapidly scaling environments.
• Ability to communicate exceptionally well, especially in written form.

Responsibilities

• Support org design and scaling teams.
• Provide leadership coaching to senior technical leaders.
• Develop talent strategy including performance and retention.
