Superhuman is hiring a Senior People Programs Manager to own and scale programs spanning onboarding, performance, engagement, and career pathing, delivering a cohesive employee experience at scale. You will design, execute, and measure programs end-to-end, partnering with People, Legal, Finance, and IT, and you will bring a data-driven mindset to set benchmarks and drive adoption across a growing organization.

The role supports a dynamic hybrid work model in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading HR/People programs or related field.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured programs with clear owners and timelines.
• Strong data orientation with clearly defined success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale programs across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Translate needs into structured programs with defined phases, owners and timelines.
• Act as a systems-thinker to guide priority setting and decision-making within the People Team.
• Manage multiple programs in parallel with tight cadence and stakeholder communication.
• Drive adoption and enablement, including training for employees and managers.
