Assort Health in San Francisco is hiring a Senior People Partner to guide GTM and operations leaders on team structure, performance management, and people processes as the company scales. You’ll shape the function ahead of the curve and report to the SVP of People.

You’ll own calibrations, promotions, and sales-comp collaboration, while using AI to streamline workflows. This builder role values candor with executives and ownership in scaling people programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Partner or HRBP roles supporting GTM, customer success, or operations.
• Experience scaling from ~250 to 1,000+ employees with concrete actions.
• Executive presence and direct, trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Track record running calibrations and promotions for quota-carrying roles.
• Working understanding of sales comp plans, quotas and ramp.
• Experience running investigations and resolving employee relations issues with legal judgment.
• Daily use of AI in your own work.
• Ownership mindset: build a function while the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM and operations leaders on org design, headcount planning, role definitions, and leadership transitions.
• Own calibrations, 9-box reviews, promotions, and compensation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance on sales incentives, ramp expectations, and performance metrics.
• Leverage AI to prepare for leader conversations and reduce manual work.
• Handle investigations and sensitive issues with fairness, involving Legal when needed.
• Advise managers on feedback, difficult conversations, and team dynamics.
• Track sentiment, attrition, burnout signals, and provide data-driven recommendations.
