Job summary

Assort Health is seeking a Senior People Partner to guide GTM and operations leaders on how teams are organized, performance managed, and people issues resolved as we scale from hundreds to thousands of employees.

You will shape the People function ahead of curve, calibrate promotions, design incentive plans with Finance, and drive data-backed decisions. Daily AI use is encouraged to streamline processes and empower leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Partner or HRBP roles advising CROs and senior leaders.
• Experience supporting GTM, customer success, or operations teams and scaling with growth.
• Executive presence with direct, well-reasoned advice trusted by leaders.
• Proven calibrations and promotion decisions for quota-carrying roles.
• Understanding of sales compensation plans, quotas, and ramp dynamics.
• Experience handling investigations and complex employee relations with discretion.
• Daily use of AI in work and ability to assess what works.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM and operations leaders on team structures and headcount planning.
• Own calibrations, 9-box reviews, promotions, and compensation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance on sales incentives, ramp expectations, and metrics.
• Use AI to prepare for leader conversations and analyze org health data.
• Manage investigations and escalate to Legal when needed with sound judgment.
• Advise managers on feedback and performance concerns; share learnings with People Ops.
• Monitor sentiment, attrition, and burnout; provide data-backed recommendations.
