Assort Health, located in San Francisco, seeks a Senior People Partner for Tech to advise CTOs and engineering leaders on how teams are organized, how engineers grow, how performance is managed, and how to retain top builders as we scale.

In this builder role, you will partner with our CTO, engineering and product leaders, and the People Operations and Recruiting teams to set standards for People Partner work as the R&D org grows toward 1,000+ staff.

Competenze

• 5+ years in People Partner or HRBP roles supporting engineering and product.
• Hypergrowth experience at a technology company.
• Credibility with technical leaders including CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Experience building engineering career ladders, calibrations, and promotions.
• Knowledge of equity-based compensation and hiring strategy.

Mansioni

• Design org structures and planning with engineering and product leaders.
• Own leveling, performance reviews, promotions, and career ladders.
• Collaborate on engineering hiring strategy and offer competitiveness.
• Apply AI to prepare for leader conversations and analyze org health.
• Manage employee relations with discretion and legal coordination.
