You will guide performance, promotions, and compensation while partnering with Recruiting and People Operations as the company scales from hundreds to a thousand-plus employees.

Competenze

• 5+ years as a People Partner or HRBP supporting engineering and product
• Experience advising CTOs and VPs of Engineering
• Hypergrowth experience at a technology company
• Ability to partner with technical leaders on org design and planning
• Strong judgment on performance, promotions, and compensation
• Knowledge of equity-heavy offers and engineering compensation
