Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior People Business Partner based in the United States to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and manage workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy across the Customer function.

The role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution in a remote, US-based setting, offering cross-functional collaboration and mentorship of other HR professionals while helping the organization grow.

Qualifications

• 6+ years HR experience, 4+ years as HRBP in tech/SaaS
• Experience partnering with leaders on workforce planning and org design
• Strong advisory skills to senior leaders on org effectiveness
• Proven change management leadership for transformations and scale
• Experience handling complex employee relations and investigations
• Experience with HR analytics to drive business decisions
• Mentoring/coaching HR professionals and cross-functional partners
• Hands-on use of AI in HR with privacy and policy awareness

Responsibilities

• Embed within Customer organization, participate in leadership meetings and performance reviews
• Own strategic HR partnership for assigned function and align with business goals
• Collaborate on workforce plans, org design, succession and talent priorities
• Advise executives on team structure, leadership effectiveness, and development
• Identify trends in employee relations and performance; intervene proactively
• Lead organizational change initiatives including transformation and rapid scaling
• Facilitate talent reviews, calibration, and promotions with fair processes
• Review engagement results and implement improvement plans
• Lead complex employee relations cases with fairness and risk management
• Analyze workforce data to build evidence-based recommendations
• Build business cases for people initiatives using key metrics
• Use AI tools responsibly with privacy, confidentiality, and ethics
• Partner with L&D to close capability gaps and scalable learning
• Mentor associate- and mid-level People BPs, share best practices
• Lead organization-wide ER, PM, and cross-functional People projects
• Collaborate with TA, Total Rewards, Benefits, Legal, L&D for integrated solutions
