Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business groups, guiding talent management, workforce planning, and employee matters with strategic insight.

You will partner with leaders to design workforce strategies, coach on performance, analyze workforce data to identify risks and opportunities, and drive talent reviews and succession plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting leaders within complex organizations.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, performance management, succession planning.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders and build trusted relationships.
• Strong business acumen and HR knowledge.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Experience collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong data analytics using workforce metrics and HR reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically for business partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business groups, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day support on talent management, workforce planning, and employee-related matters.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop workforce strategies, succession plans, and talent development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Coach and advise leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and people practices.
• Analyze workforce data and HR analytics to identify risks and opportunities for organizational improvement.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning discussions, and employee development initiatives.
