Salesloft is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to advise leadership on talent strategy, workforce design, and people decisions. This remote role supports multiple business units across the United States.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Benefits, and Legal to design programs, manage workforce planning, and drive organizational change in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of HR experience including 2+ years as HRBP
• Experience partnering with leaders on workforce planning and succession planning
• Advise executives on team design, growth, and people decisions
• Lead organizational change, business transformation, rapid scaling or restructuring
• Facilitation of talent and promotion calibration with managers
• Analyze engagement data to drive action plans and retention

• Serve as trusted advisor to executives and front-line managers on people decisions
