N26 Inc. is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to partner directly with our executive leaders across Product and Business divisions. You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, and core people processes in a fast-paced fintech environment, partnering with CPBO and senior leaders to drive growth.

You will coach leaders, synthesize analytics, and navigate multi-jurisdictional labor considerations while delivering high-impact people initiatives and strategic clarity.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience as a People Business Partner in fast-moving environments (tech/fintech).
• Proven ability to advise senior executives (VP/C-level) and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading reorganizations, mergers, or structural shifts.
• Ability to partner with distributed teams across jurisdictions with knowledge of European labor laws.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted Advisor relationships with CPBO and executives.
• Drive organizational design and cross-functional alignment of Product and Business.
• Lead workforce planning, headcount and budget considerations with Finance.
• Oversee end-to-end people cycles: talent management, succession, compensation, onboarding.
• Coach leaders and provide actionable feedback to scale capabilities.
• Leverage data and workforce metrics to forecast risks and needs.
