N26 Inc. is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to partner directly with executive leaders across our Product and Business divisions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guide organizational design, and drive strategic people initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment. Join a role centered in Europe with opportunities across markets, including Barcelona, and a strong focus on talent strategy, workforce planning, and data-informed decision making.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience as a People Business Partner in fast-paced, high-growth, or tech settings.
• Proven track record advising senior executives (VP/C-level).
• Experience leading reorganizations, mergers, or structural shifts.
• Experience partnering with cross-border, distributed teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Build trust-based relationships with CPBO and executive leaders.
• Enable fusion of Product and Business divisions through organizational design.
• Lead strategic workforce planning in partnership with Finance for Product/Business.
• Lead end-to-end people processes: talent management, succession, compensation, onboarding.
• Spot friction points, align priorities, and use conflict-resolution frameworks.
• Provide coaching and feedback to leaders to scale capabilities.
• Harness data and workforce metrics to forecast risks and inform decisions.
