The role emphasizes coaching leaders, shaping culture, and aligning people strategy with business goals, including multi-state compliance and a strong focus on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including PBP or equivalent business-facing roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience working in a multi-state environment with knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.
• Analytical and data-driven with experience using workforce and talent data.
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into scalable people solutions.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships across the business and act as a coach and advisor.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, team structure, and workforce planning.
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting and reviews.
• Support talent planning, succession planning, and development of high-potential employees.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, feedback, and engagement.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and ensure fair outcomes.
• Support headcount planning and alignment to business strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally to align across teams and ensure lifecycle execution.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture and leadership development.
