Job summary

Hover is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to leaders across our go-to-market organization, shaping org design, leadership effectiveness, and performance practices as we scale. You’ll partner with senior leaders to influence decisions, build healthy teams, and embed change-management disciplines across functions.

You’ll work with executives on org design, diagnose challenges, coach managers, and drive cross-functional alignment, with hands-on use of AI tools

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR, People, or organizational development.
• 3+ years as a People Business Partner with VP-level leaders.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and/or Revenue Operations.
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with complex stakeholders.
• Experience with org design, performance management, and change initiatives.
• Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve how people work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives on org design and leadership effectiveness.
• Diagnose organizational challenges and propose actionable solutions.
• Coach leaders through performance, development, and difficult conversations.
• Lead change management for org, strategy, and operating model transitions.
• Improve cross-functional alignment across Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
