Job summary

You will partner with executives across engineering, product, and operations to design structures, guide trade-offs, and drive effective organizational change with empathy and rigor.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in high-growth or complex environments.
• Ability to see the big picture and guide leaders through tough trade-offs.
• Ability to give candid feedback with care and build leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose ambiguous situations and translate business strategy into organizational decisions.
• Coach leaders through consequential choices and help build scalable operating rhythms.
• Provide hands-on support to improve systems, processes, and people programs.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to design structures, talent plans, and ways of working.
