Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner for its engineering and technical functions in the United States.

You will partner with People Partners and engineering leaders to deliver competitive, analysis-driven compensation programs aligned with our philosophy and values. You will influence change with proactive analysis, build business acumen, and manage multiple projects across globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

Experience in benchmarking and compensation program design for engineering/technical groups.
Experience with technical career architecture, dual ladders and equity/long-term incentive programs for a global technical workforce.
Advanced technical expertise in Excel, Power Query/BI, and data analysis.
Strong compensation analysis and modeling capabilities.
Proficiency with SuccessFactors (a plus). CCP or related certifications (a plus).

Responsibilities

Provide compensation expertise and detailed analysis to engineering and technical leaders on all aspects of compensation programs.
Partner with People, Legal and Finance to align compensation structure with business priorities.
Support design, change management, and communication of compensation programs and practices.
Build strong relationships with HR and business partners.
Lead multiple projects with initiative in a global setting.
Utilize SuccessFactors for compensation-related processes.
