Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join a leader in the Consumer Technology space. You will serve as a strategic partner to GTM and Sales leaders, helping shape organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and workforce planning in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Location: Remote in United States. You will collaborate with People and Culture COE teams to deliver practical HR solutions, employee relations, change management, and leadership coaching to drive strong

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in organizational design, change management, employee relations, compensation, and talent management.
• Experience supporting GTM and Sales organizations in a People Business Partner role or similar function.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience in a global high-growth tech or software company.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify and address organizational needs and the talent landscape.
• Collaborate on global GTM talent programs for regional alignment and execution.
• Align with People and Culture COE teams to deliver effective organizational solutions.
• Support organizational design and contribute to change management plans.
• Analyze data and trends with leadership for informed decision-making.
• Implement employee engagement activities for GTM functions.
• Coach management on employee relations and conflict resolution.
