Job summary

Samsara Inc. is seeking a Senior People Partner to support Go-To-Market and Sales teams. You’ll work with executive leadership to drive talent strategy, partner with leaders, and implement programs that impact business outcomes.

The role embraces a flexible remote model across the US and Canada, with quarterly travel for leadership offsites and strategy sessions. You will leverage AI to automate routine tasks, apply data-driven insights to decision making, and help build a scalable people agenda

Qualifications

6+ years of People Partnering experience with GTM teams.
Experience partnering with sales, CS or similar business units.
Proven ability to leverage AI to automate routine tasks.
Able to operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment with shifting priorities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to use data to influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

Act as a Strategic Thought Partner to sales and GTM leaders, aligning talent priorities with business outcomes.
Diagnose team, manager, and organizational needs and propose business-aligned solutions.
Drive core talent programs including compensation, rewards, and retention strategies.
Collaborate across the People function with Regional Partners, PMs, and COEs to scale solutions.
Champion Samsara's culture and growth mindset as the company scales globally.
Travel roughly once per quarter for leadership offsites and strategy meetings.
