Anthropic in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Senior People Partner to support Research teams and drive HR initiatives across compensation, benefits, recruiting, and policy development. You will coach senior leaders and guide employee relations while ensuring scalable, compliant, and people-centric programs.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in People/HR roles, familiarity with NA employment law, and a passion for safe AI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in People Partner/HR-related roles.
• Experience with AI-focused research/engineering teams is a plus.
• Confidentiality and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and coach to Research leaders.
• Provide HR lifecycle support with Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and others.
• Foster high-performance culture aligned with company values.
• Partner with Benefits, Compensation, Finance to scale programs.
• Lead cross-functional projects with other People Partners.
