Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own leave of absence and accommodations programs end-to-end, and to shape the broader People Ops infrastructure. You will partner with HRBPs, legal and managers to ensure compliant, compassionate handling of cases and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience with 3–4 years owning LOA/accommodations.
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL).
• Experience managing high-volume leave and accommodation cases with precision and empathy.
• Strong Workday HCM experience including absence management and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex compliance into plain language.

Responsibilities

• OwnLeave of Absence program end‑to‑end, including coordination with Sparrow and return‑to‑work planning.
• Own accommodations process (ADA/PWFA) from intake through resolution with confidential documentation.
• Collaborate with Payroll, legal, HRBPs, and managers to ensure compliance and employee experience.
• Build scalable People Ops infrastructure; translate recurring problems into documented frameworks and systems.
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance workstreams including data integrity in Workday.
